Butter Burgers

Do you ever watch Guy Fieri of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives? I saw hisButter Burgers and just had to try it! Oh, My Word! These are some of the tastiest burgers I have ever tried. The only thing I did different was not serve it up on a bun because, well, you know… Carbs are bad on my Keto journey! Good thing I am able to make this work for me! Funny thing is… I don’t even miss the bun. Give this butter burgers recipe a try.

I started off making my own butter first. I used four sticks of “real” butter and seasoned it with the most amazing flavors! I did this a day in advance before making my butter burgers. I’m not sure if the seasonings set in or not but it turned out fantastic!
