No scrotal tissue was identified on MRI.Ø Identification of the lower third of the vagin*, otherwise, the proximal two-thirds together with the uterine body and cervix are not visualized, as compatible with aplasia.Ø Non-identification of both ovaries, but there are oval T2 iso- to hyperintense structures along the inguinal canals bilaterally, compatible with testicl*s. Ø both inferior to internal inguinal rings,measuring 8x 12 mm and 14x 8.8 mm on the right and left side respectively.Ø The right testicl* is enveloped in an encysted hydrocele.Ø Evidence of left direct inguinal hernia passing bowelloops.The imaging features are compatible withandrogen insensitivity syndrome(testicular feminization), also known as male pseudohermaphroditism.karyotyping is needed for correlation.#MRI #RADIOLOGIST #Rare #Medical #Pelvis#Rare_MRI #Positive_MRICredit : Hassan Ibrahim MD
